Terms & Conditions

Age verification
It's illegal to sell bb guns, crossbows, knives and their accessories to anyone below the age of 18.

To avoid this we carry out standard age checks on all new customers before we can process and dispatch your order.

Two of the steps that we take are:

1. We check the public version of the electoral roll, also known as the open register.

2. We will contact you via e-mail asking for proof of age, to speed the process up, you can send this information preemptively.

  • You will need to provide us with a scan or photo of your official ID; Drivers licence, provisional licence or passport.

    There are many ways to send your ID, however these are the most popular methods;

1). Email: You can reply to one of the emails you recieve form us or you can use the "Contact Us" page which has an image upload button.

    2). Whatsapp or MMS: 07725 909 600

3). Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/ukcrossbows - Send a private message, don't post on the public wall.

4). Or you can send a link to a cloud storage page with your ID image, such as Dropbox, Google Drive, Box, etc.

If we cannot prove that you are over the age of 18, we will cancel your order.

Typographical errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).

Payment methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards including American Express Visa / Visa Electron, MasterCard and Switch / Maestro. When ordering you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been properly received. You may also pay by cheque or postal order although we cannot dispatch the goods until payment has been cleared which can take up to 10 days.

However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.

Returned goods
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from date of delivery for full credit or refund less any applicable delivery charges. It is your responsibility to return any such items in a pristine saleable condition in their original box and packaging. You will be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return. Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable, will be returned to you and the cost of return carriage charged to your account. Prior to returning any products, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery. If you do not return goods within 7 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your order, your right to cancel will be revoked.
